Soulistic Studio is a space to practice both movement and breath, supporting people to experience harmony and flow in their bodies, minds and lives. connect with your community and give life to ancient traditions and wholesome techniques.

Craving flow and mobility in your life? Explore the classes, courses and workshops on offer, including women’s circles, yoga classes, sports mobility, beginner’s meditation courses and self-care workshops. Meet the Soulistic Team

Bri

A kickboxing coach, meditation teacher and the creator of Soulistic. Bri has experienced tremendous harmony in the body and mind when movement, breath, connection and community are present. Over the years Bri has witnessed the best of her clients when these elements are in balance and also how detrimental it can be when the balance is out or the elements are non existent.

Aurie

Coming from a construction background, he realised it wasn’t for him. Breathwork was calling, following his intuition after feeling the power of the breath he decided to focus his energy on learning everything about it and started his breathwork journey 4 years ago, over that period Aurie has completed teacher training quit his construction job and started facilitating this wonderful modality.

Ebony

Ebony Richards has been apart of the fitness industry since 2015, and has specialised in Pilates since 2018. Ebony is extremely passionate about the benefits Pilates has on the human body, especially for women.

Peter

Pete is currently an MMA title holder. He has competed in a few different disciplines, from bjj, kickboxing, to boxing and mma. Pete has been coaching in the striking side for a few years now and looking at expanding and involving his jiu jitsu side, gravitating towards mobility and flow work.

Laree

Full time Mama, Makeup Artist and Excellent Yogi, trained in the Traditional System. Laree has the magical touch to connect with your heart beat through Sound Meditation, guiding us through our own individual inner journeys. She also has an eye to detailing the body and mind with the Yogi Philosophy.

Kerri

A passionate yoga teacher, Kerri is dedicated to helping her students discover joy and fulfilment by cultivating a connection between mind and body. She emphasises play, self-exploration and self-trust, empowering her students to find what works best for them.

Yoga

Yoga helps to improve and maintain balance, strength, flexibility and mobility within the body. Yoga can inspire you to find your own inner light and create a stronger sense of connection to our inner world.

Yoga Basics

Our Yoga Basics Class is designed for all levels including beginners. We focus on the foundations and structure of each asana (pose), while working on strength and flexibility by holding each pose for a little longer. We gently find our comfort and stability within each posture, before introducing breathwork and meditation to really build your mind-body connection and allow our individual inner journeys to take place.

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga not only strengthens the body and improves health by stretching, massaging and stimulating muscles, joints and internal organs, but also activates and awakens the higher energy centres, or chakras, within the body. 

This class is suitable for all levels.

Sunset Yoga

As the Sun Sets on the work week, you are invited to welcome in the weekend as the Moon Rises with a clear mind and revitalised body. Our Sunset Yoga Class is designed around asanas that cultivate awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation, as we aim to release the mental tensions of the week through the body.

Yoga Rhythm

Treat your senses to something a little different. This up beat Vinyasa style class is a more dynamic yoga practice, Vinyasa connects breath and movement, creating flowing sequences that harmonise mind, body and spirit. This class will be ran with more up beat music than your usual yoga class. Suitable to all levels, this class is offered with a graduated approach to allow you to practice to your own limits.

Meditation

Meditation is a practice used to obtain a meditative, optimal, and improved state of body and mind. A wonderful way to reduce stress, anxiety and tension.

Sound Meditation

Through Movement, we can find Stillness, and through Sound we can find Silence. Whether you are new to meditation or have been long practicing, you are invited to experience this Mantra Meditation for yourself and share in these beautiful vibrations.

Guided Meditation/ Mindfulness

A chance to stop, unwind and reset. Calm the nervous system and settle the mind with this guided meditation class. A range of different meditation & mindfulness techniques used with the hope there will be something you can take with you and use in your everyday life. The choice is yours whether you sit or laydown in this class. No meditation experience is required for this class.

Breathwork Session with Aurie

Once a month workshop.
Aurie followed his intuition after feeling the power of the breath. He focused his energy on learning to start facilitate this wonderful modality. Aurie is just touching the surface with breathwork, to spread the light and knowledge of this ancient practice. Aurie’s technique is a unique fusion of dance, yoga, and breathwork, his sessions will take you on a journey to explore your body and unlock your untapped potential.

Mat Pilates

Pilates will help to Improve mobility, flexibility, strength and core stability. A low impact yet challenging class using slow, controlled movements. Suitable to all fitness levels, options are suggested for beginners, those with physical limitations, through to
advanced. Pilates is designed to strengthen, lengthen and sculpt
your body from the inside out to feel increased strength, agility and improved posture in everyday life.

Mobility, Stretch & Flexibility

A class to increase your flexibility and optimize your body’s full range of mobility. This class is perfect for athletes, runners, martial artists, weight lifters, is also suitable for those simply wanting to stretch and maintain or increase mobility and flexibility.

Primal Flow

Find your flow with a combination of MMA, animal/primal style movements and yoga. This intermediate class is a workout in itself. Exploring a range of different flow style movements and challenges that will have you sweating and using muscles you didn’t know existed. This class is a perfect way to improve and maintain your body’s mobility, flexibility and core strength. Note : This is a non contact class

Soulistic Women’s Circle

Soulistic begun by holding Women’s circles for local Women as an opportunity to put our screens down and connect with each other and ourselves. Soulistic’s Circles involve some guided meditation, chance to reflect on a chosen topic and an opportunity to share only if you choose.

Drop-in Women’s Circle

A shorter style Women’s Circle only going for 1 hour. An opportunity to check in with yourself, reset if needed, set some intentions for your week and consciously let go of anything that is not serving you. Be seen, heard and connect with the Women of your community.

Full Moon Women’s Circle

It is believed that Women have gathered in ceremonial circles throughout history. An opportunity for Women to be seen and heard and an opportunity to listen to the wonderful stories and experiences of other Women. Held once a month on the evening of a Full Moon, these Circles go for two hours.
